The old sayings, “Home is where your heart is” and “Home is where you hang your hat” are good … but how true are they?
When you move into a new place, does hanging your hat make it home for you? If you buy a house you absolutely love, does that make it home for you?
Home can mean different things to everyone, but what does it mean to you? What makes your living quarters “home” for you? Where do you feel most at home? Who do you feel most “at home” with?
If you’re living in a place where you do not feel at home yet, take action! Buy something small (i.e. a picture/piece of artwork) and personal to make it more YOU! Create an area of sacred space that is just for you so you can take at least 30 minutes everyday to be alone! This works wonders in many ways!
