You cannot change others, you can only change yourself and your own reactions to others. Start by looking inside, make the changes you need to make in your life. When those around you see the positive rewards you are receiving from your changes, they will then be inspired to look inside themselves and make changes necessary to improve their lives.
Do not TELL others how or what to change, show them by making those changes in your own life! Lead by example … actions speak louder than words!
